Facilitating EOS Meetings With Impact
We facilitated a quarterly EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) meeting for a group of three manufacturing companies. They previously worked with a great implementer, and graduated to self-manage EOS. We introduced pre-work worksheets to help their leadership team gather thoughts and streamline reporting. We also had really good BBQ for lunch, because productive meetings deserve fuel in the form of cornbread. The highlight? One of the plant manager’s quarterly highlights was praise for our team (shoutout Shelby and Rebecca) for being amazing, helpful, trusted partners.
Hiring an Outside Sales Team for Growth
One of our manufacturing clients needed stronger follow-up on leads. They had been trying to make it work with their internal team, but realized that they needed sales-minded professionals. They asked us for help. We sourced, vetted and hired a full-service outside sales company with strong ties in the industry and great references. They now handle cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments, while we manage the collaboration and align sales with marketing. We’re optimistic about this partnership and looking forward to properly nurtured leads and thoughtful, relationship based selling.
Turning Leads into Clients With Targeted Email Marketing
Labor Day became the perfect moment to re-engage non-purchasers for our NYC based bespoke tailor. We launched a limited-time offer to those in their email list who had never made a purchase: buy a bespoke suit, get two shirts free. Pretty great deal. The result? Over a dozen first-time appointments booked from people who had been inactive for months or years. By combining a compelling offer with the right audience and strong tracking, we transformed passive subscribers into new clients.
Launching a New Website for Lexicraft
We launched a fresh new website for Lexicraft (check it out here, we’re pretty pumped about it), a UK-based industrial nameplate and label maker. While reviewing the launch on zoom, they let us know that August was their second-best month of the year and their best August ever, unheard of for a month where everyone is on holiday. It only gets better from here!
Magento Expertise That Creates Raving Fans
Late on a Friday afternoon, we got a call from our Michigan based aftermarket auto parts client. Not to report a problem, but to rave about their new Plum-hired Magento strategist.
