Welcome to the very first edition of Very Good Things, our weekly roundup of the real work and actual wins we’ve been creating for our clients.
This isn’t theoretical strategy. These are the moments where planning, execution, and a little creative magic collide. Some people might say they’re the traction points that move businesses forward. (It’s me, I’m people.) And yes, we’re going to brag a little.
🌍 Sold Out Skincare on Two Continents
This week started across the pond, live on air.
One of our beauty brand clients headed to QVC UK for a Today’s Special Value launch of their skincare line, and sold out before the cameras even rolled. The entire TSV went in pre-sale.
Later in the week, they were live on a major US morning show from NYC, and within 24 hours, several best-sellers were gone from the show’s Deals & Steals lineup.
Two continents. Two live TV appearances. Two complete sellouts. Not a bad way to start the week.
🤖 AI Outreach for an EOS Rock
Tuesday was all about traction… literally.
We launched an AI outreach tool for the commercial sales team of an EOS-run company as part of their quarterly Rock. The goal? Keep their pipeline moving while they worked to fill an open outbound sales role.
Three days later: five qualified leads and zero slowdowns. Sometimes, the smartest move isn’t to “wait until we hire,” but to keep selling anyway.
📧 Email Flows with a Purpose
Midweek, we put the finishing touches on a set of new email flows for a UK-based B2B brand with a massive customer list that needed a little nudge. (We also just re-did their logo and visual branding and are about to start on a new website – there’s a lot of good stuff going on).
We plugged into their CRM, segmented past customers into clear groups, and built targeted sequences for each, from loyal repeat buyers to lapsed customers who needed a reason to come back.
Launch is set for Monday, and we’re ready to see these flows turn dormant contacts into revenue.
💗 The Perfect Match
By Friday, we were playing matchmaker.
We introduced one of our old friends, the owner of an incredibly talented and knowledgeable boutique social media agency, to our client, a Michigan-based aftermarket diesel truck parts company that manufactures on site and runs a wildly successful e-commerce operation.
They needed high-touch, high volume, industry-specific content. Our guy delivers exactly that.
